Find other community and governmental resources to assist a loved one who is no longer capable of personal self-care.
|
We believe that it is our job to be actively aware of other resources that are available in the community and may be of benefit to our clients.
You can find a list of web links here on our website which will lead you to further assistance. In addition, in 2005 Law ElderLaw will be compiling a community resource booklet to be entitled “Life Care Planning for the Aging.” We intend to interview nursing homes, hospitals, social workers, physicians, and others in order to provide you with a comprehensive guide to other services that may assist you and your family when you are faced with a long-term health care issue.
If you need assistance in finding competent and caring individuals, please feel free to call us and explain your situation. We receive numerous calls every year from individuals who just need a little direction to find help. We are glad to provide this service at no charge.
