In addition, in 2005 Law ElderLaw will be compiling a community resource booklet to be entitled “Life Care Planning for the Aging.” We intend to interview nursing homes, hospitals, social workers, physicians, and others in order to provide you with a comprehensive guide to other services that may assist you and your family when you are faced with a long-term health care issue.
